International mas-wrestling federation

According to the IMWF Calendar, two South American championships were held in Sao Paulo, Brazil – one in an open format by weight categories and another for athletes from the continent in the absolute weight category.

The President of the Brazilian Mas-Wrestling Confederation, Wilmar Oliveira, announced:

The South American Mas-wrestling Championships will be held on April 25 in the North Exhibition Center of the most populated city not only of the country, and not even of the continent, but of the entire Southern Hemisphere.
