1.1. Take note of the report of the President of the IMWF A. Akimov on the activities of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation in 2018.

1.3. Take note of the information on the tasks of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation for 2019.
1.4. Assign the Presidium of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation to develop an action plan for 2019 and bring it to the attention of the committees of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation and National Federations.
1.5. To elect Aisen Nikolayev as the Honorary President of the International of Mas-Wrestling Federation.

2.1. To approve the report of the Audit Commission of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation on the financial and economic activities of the Presidium of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation in 2018.
2.2. Mark the active work of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation to attract sponsorship sources of funding.
2.2. Recommend the Presidium, committees, officials to strengthen work on the implementation of marketing policy in order to provide funding for statutory activities, organize sports events included in the schedule of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation, as well as intensify work on finding strategic partners of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation.

7.2. Elect Arnold Mokhov as a Secretary General of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation.

8.3. Accept the resignation of I. Yakusheva from the position of Chairman of the Control and Auditing Commission of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation, in connection with her appointment to the position of Advisor to the Head of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia).
8.4. Elect V. Grigoriev for the position of the Chairman of the Control and Auditing Commission of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation.
