REGULATION
on holding Asian Mas-Wrestling Championship
among men and women
Aims and objectives
The Asian Mas-Wrestling Championship in the absolute weight category among men and women 2022 is the official sporting event of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation and is held to promote and develop Mas-Wrestling in the world and solves the following tasks:
- determination the strongest athletes of Asia in the absolute weight category.
- improvement of sportsmanship of athletes;
- strengthening friendly sporting relationship among countries.
Date and venue
The Asian Mas-Wrestling Championship in the absolute weight category among men and women 2022 is held on November 3-7, 2022 in Almalyk, Uzbekistan.

12:00-13:30 - founding Сonference of the Asian Mas-Wrestling Federation;
14:00-16:00 - weighing and draw of participants:
men - 60 kg, 65 kg, 70 kg, 75 kg, 80 kg, 90 kg, 105 kg, 125 kg, 125+ kg, absolute weight;
women - 55 kg, 65 kg, 75 kg, 85 kg, 85+ kg, absolute weight
16:30-17:30 - meeting of the panel of judges with representatives of the countries.
November 5 (Saturday) – Asian Mas-wrestling Championship among men and women
09:00 - 15:00 – preliminary bouts:
15:00 - 16:00 - Opening ceremony
16:00-17:30 - semifinal and final bouts
17:30-18:00 – Awarding of the champions and prize-winners:
18:00-19:00 - weighing and draw of participants:
