Important information from Odd Haugen for the IMWF World Absolute Championship participants!

1. If you are flying in and staying in one of the official hotels, please send your itinerary (and how many in your travel delegation) so that I can get you on the Arnold Sports Festival VIP transportation list from airport to your hotel (must have by end of Wednesday!);

2.  Formal registration, distribution of credentials, weigh-in, and drawing of lots will take place at 5PM on Thursday 3/2 in Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus-Downtown 501 North High Street, Columbus, Ohio, 43215, USA TEL: +1-614-559-2000;

3.  You must report  for the competition Friday 8AM, with tournament starting at 9AM on the Rogue Strength Stage in the main Exhibition Hall; and

4.  The Official Schedule:

Thursday March 2, 2016 Arrival Day

17:00 – 19:00 – Registration and Admission Commission, weigh-in and drawing.

19:00 – 20:00 – Panel of judges meeting with the teams’ representatives at Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus-Downtown

Friday March 3 Preliminary Session Rogue Strength Stage 9:00 to 12:00

Friday March 3 FINAL Session Men’s Championship Rogue Strength Stage 15:00 to 16:00

Saturday March 4 FINAL Session Women’s Championship Concourse Stage 12:00 to 13:00
