International exhibition of children's art «Planet of Mas-Wrestling»
1. General Provision
1.1. International children’s exhibition «Planet of Mas-Wrestling» is being held within the framework of the 3rd Mas-Wrestling World Championship which will take place on November 24-25, 2018
1.2. The Regulation determines the procedure and terms of holding, the conditions of participation, the composition of the organizing committee.
1.3. Goals and objectives of the exhibition:
- Development and popularization of mas-wrestling through children's creativity;
- Disclosure of children's creative individuality;
- Creating conditions for the creative exchange of experience between young artists;
- Strengthening the positive image of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)
1.4. The exhibition is considered to be held if not less than 3 countries have submitted applications for it.
2. Organizing Committee
2.1. An organizing committee is being created for the preparation and holding of the exhibition..
2.2. Chairman of the Organizing Committee: Ptitsyn N.A. – Director of the Children's School of Fine Arts named after Leonid A. Kim
Members of the Organizing Committee: Shadrina A.V., Neustroeva A.A., Kolodeznikov N.D. – professors of the Children's School of Fine Arts named after Leonid A. Kim, Baisheva D.A. – Head of the Production and Technical Laboratory at the Republican Center of National Sports named after Vasiliy Manchaary
3. Participants
3.1. The paintings by the students of the Children's School of Fine Arts named after Leonid A. Kim and those by children from the member-countries of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation are accepted for participation.
4. Arrangements for holding and terms of participation
4.1. Drawings should be made on A3 (29x41,5) paper.
4.2. Sculptures, panels are taken in any technique of arts and crafts.
4.3. Technique of drawing: watercolor, gouache, graphic materials etc.
